Language Revolution, the organization overseeing the creation of LanguageGuide.org, is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations go toward the following..

• Web hosting- Because the site is media intensive, web-hosting is very costly. Your donation insures that this material is available for free to everyone in the world. Maybe he is a poor, aspiring student from Beijing, struggling with English, or she is a young girl in Mexico, who by studying French succeeds in expanding her world beyond the barrio. Your donation goes toward assuring that everyone, even those of the lowest economic means, have access to great language learning content. Technology and Internet access costs continue to drop and the Internet holds the promise of becoming a global education platform.
• Content Development-While much of the content is developed with the help of volunteers, additional financial resources are necessary. The coordination and the integration of contributed material is very labor intensive. In addition, the development of some material, the grammar guides for example, require a high degree of expertise and a considerable amount of time and dedication. Financial resources are necessary to development these guides. Our major goal at the moment is to raise enough resources to develop an English grammar guide which will be adapted and translated into all the major languages of the world.
