The preposition in is used with continents, countries, and cities.

  She is in Europe. Kendisi Avrupada.
  They are in England.
 İngilteredeler.
  We are in Philadelphia.
 Philadelphia'dayız.

Usually to express location at a local in the city you use the preposition at.

  He is at the hotel.
 O otelde.
  They are at a restaurant.
 Restorandalar.
  She is at the corner of Main Street and 6th street. Main sokak ve 6th street arasındaki köşede.
  We're at the park.
 Parktayız.
  I'm at the store now.

However you can also use a preposition that expresses more precision.

  You're outside the library.

You should use in to express location for the following places.

  You're in the neighborhood.
 Mahalledesin.  
  I'm in the parking lot.
 Park yerindeyim.
  She is in the room.
